Savings
Average cost savings percentages represented in this website are based on historical data studies that have been conducted with our builder members and preferred vendors. This data is in no way a guarantee of the savings any one builder would realize by becoming a member of CB/USA. Results vary based upon location, market conditions, builder profile, and participation level.

Rebates
Preferred Vendors must honor a minimum 1% rebate for all builder member purchases that are paid for in accordance with a vendor’s payment terms. Vendor rebate percentages may exceed 1% based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to: the Vendor, any additional rebate incentives that may be offered by a Vendor, the specific market, the individual builder’s or combined group’s spending level, and product mix that is being purchased.

Builder Membership Fees
All builder membership fees including registration, membership, and purchase volume fees are subject to annual adjustment.
